Model Answer:

This is such an interesting topic to talk about, primarily because I am not too sure about the parameters for considering someone as a talkative person. But, I am assuming that the term “talkative” has been used to here to describe a person who generally likes to talk a lot. And, if such is the case, then probably I would also be considered as a talkative person because I also talk a lot sometimes. But, since it is not me who I should be talking about here, I better find somebody else as a talkative person. In that case, I would choose one of my neighbours.

I think that my good neighbour, Ratul, is a talkative person. At least, I think so because since I met him at a local grocery store about a few years ago, I never really got the impression that he ever really likes to keep quiet.

It’s not that he talks about anything bad, it’s just general stuff – stuff which affects our lives in one way or another. In fact, I would like to consider him more like an arising intellectual person who likes to think about the well being of our entire planet which, according to him, is only becoming less and less inhabitable due to environmental degradation and climate changes. He also talks about how some corporations and companies are reaping off the general public by making an insane amount of profit. By the way, from the very outset of his talks, one may think that Ratul is only complaining about kinds of stuff in order to vent his anger and frustration, but he also provides enough data and evidence in his support.

Anyway, I think that my good neighbour is talkative, primarily because that’s how he has been raised. In other words, I would assume that he is talkative like this because he was taught to raise his voice without any fear of criticism. Besides, it is also possible that he thinks that, by being talkative and sounding like an intellectual, he can make a lot of friends or admirers.
