Model Answer:

Working-class people are more likely to suffer from health issues because they do not work out enough. This is mainly because they do not have enough time during their weekdays and they feel tired to work on weekends. In addition to this, they spend a lot of their spare time watching television, browsing the internet or playing video games. However, there are some solutions to curb this problem.

The reason why working individuals do not do enough exercise is that they have a paucity of time. That is to say that they have to work hard for long hours to gain competitive advantages over their competitors. For example, a recent study has come out with the findings that working adults spend more than 48 hours a week at their jobs where they need to shoulder several job responsibilities, making them utterly exhausted. Consequently, once working adults get back home, they just like to relax with TV programmes, chatting one the phone or playing video games, rather than engaging in any kind of physical activity.

To combat the problem effectively, the government should wage an aggressive campaign to stimulate working people to take part in physical exercise. Offices should encourage employees to do some sort of exercise during office hours as well. While the campaigns will enable them to gain some sound knowledge about the health benefits of having a regular workout, having offices with exercise facilities would encourage them further to take part in some exercises.

To conclude, it clear that working individuals do not engage in exercises due to the modern work pressure; however this issue can be solved if the government mounts campaigns to motivate working adults to take part in physical exercise and offices take initiatives to encourage and facilitates their employees to do some sort of regular physical exercises.

  • The plausible solution to overcome the sedentary lifestyle of workers is by restricting them to work only for 8 hours a day with the support of companies and government officials. Employees can bring the attention of their employers to the challenges and stresses they are facing at the office, and companies should help them to overcome this situation. Workers should try to achieve a work-life balance and take rest and do enough exercise while also following a healthy diet. Offices can also establish small sports and gym centres at the office while also offering nutritious foods at the canteen.

Nowadays, health problems among professionals are increasing because many of them have adopted a sedentary lifestyle and eat junk food. They have no time for physical activities because they are preoccupied with their long working hours, which impacts their physical and mental well-being to a great extent. This essay will discuss the reasons behind this negative trend and propose solutions to combat this problem.

The main reason behind the declining health of working-class people is that they are overcommitted, do not follow a healthy diet, have little time for sports and outdoor activities and face a great level of anxiety. In the office, people are expected to prove themselves by taking on more challenging tasks and delivering the work in a limited amount of time. By doing this, they want to achieve promotions and salary hikes. This situation does not allow most employees to dedicate their time and focus throughout the day towards any form of exercise while also enduring great anxiety.

Workers have too many responsibilities in their personal life, such as paying loans, fees, bills, saving for the future, bringing food to the table, covering insurance premiums, bearing medical costs, and so they can not afford to lose their jobs. Therefore they need to work long hours each day and sometimes during weekends. Since they are already exhausted when they get back home at night, they do not feel like doing any exercise.

The plausible solution to overcome the sedentary lifestyle of workers is by restricting them to work only for 8 hours a day with the support of companies and government officials.

In conclusion, a collaborative approach by the companies, the government and employees can reserve the negative trend of leading a sedentary lifestyle for professionals. It is expected that they would work together because the well-being of employees affects the nation as a whole.
