Model Answer:

Dear Fletcher,

It’s really good to hear from you after such a long time. I’m also really glad that you want to move into our neighbourhood, and I’d like to thank you for the fact that you have put your confidence in me in getting some good advice from my part before moving into the area where I live.

Of course, moving to a new place or neighbourhood is a big decision, but, fortunately, you don’t have to worry too much when moving to my neighbourhood, primarily because it’s a rather nice and quiet area, and has many amenities like parks, community halls, a gymnasium, a swimming complex and so on. The people are very friendly and this makes it a really great place to live in. Another thing which you’ll like here in the neighbourhood is that almost every house here has a large empty space around them so that you feel like you’ve enough privacy.

Having said that, however, my neighbourhood has some disadvantages also, and one such disadvantage is that shops and businesses are a bit farther away than what they normally should be if you’re walking. But, that shouldn’t be a problem for you since you own a car. I hope the information will help you make an informed decision about moving into the neighbourhood.

Take care and stay fine.

Yours sincerely,

Andy Fletcher
