Dear Sir or Madam,

Model Answer:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you about a few areas of our college cafeteria where it needs some improvements. I enjoy eating in that great cafeteria and some improvements will make it outstanding.

No doubt, our college cafeteria has been serving the college students for a long time by providing different kinds of food at different times of the year, but for the last few months, we have been noticing that the quality of food and their nutritional values are gradually declining. For example, these days, we do not get enough fruits or vegetables during lunch. Besides, the juices and drinks do not seem to be kept at a proper temperature in order for them to taste really good. Of course, there still is a thing or two that I really like about the cafeteria. For example, they always open at the right time, and the staffs there are usually very courteous and prompt in serving their food.

But, as for the lunch menu, I think, it is time to add some more vegetables and fruits to that to address the proper dietary needs of students.

I hope that you would consider my humble suggestion.

Yours faithfully,

Peter Max
