Model Answer:

Dear Sir or Madam,

In response to the job advertisement published on the Daily Mail on 24th August 2019, I would like to apply for the position of “Sales Representative” and I would like to meet you in a formal job interview to further discuss my candidacy.

Having completed my graduation from the Univerisity of Sussex in December 2017 from the Marketing major, I worked for a local manufacturing company as a sales representative for about a year. Afterwards, I have moved to London and now I am doing a diploma course in “Management and Public Relations” which I expect to complete in a couple of months. I have experience in managing a small sales team, and my passion to deal with the customers directly makes me a suitable candidate for the post. I am highly motivated, result-oriented and well organised.

I would really appreciate if you could spare a few of your precious moments to look at my CV and call me for a formal interview. Furthermore, I will always be willing to provide any other information, if required, and for that, you can call me any time.

I look forward to meeting you soon in an interview and I am eagerly waiting to work for your company.

Yours faithfully,

Bobby Moore
