One of your friends has just moved into a new house. Write a letter to your friend, and let him/her know about the gift that you have prepared for him/her.

Dear Freddie,
Many congratulations to you on moving to a new house in a new city. I can understand how hectic and painful the last few weeks have really been for you because of this house shifting thing. But, now that the hard part of moving to your new house is taken care of, it is time for you to decorate it a little.
Talking about decorating the house, I actually have prepared a nice (at least, it looks nice to me) gift for you to give your living room a little elegant look. In fact, it is a “city map art” which I have prepared with a nice and clear map of your city and then having it put in a large wooden frame, covered in a glass. The map itself looks very beautiful with its light blue (more like “sky”) colour, but when it is inserted within a frame, it looks even more beautiful.
Anyway, I’ve chosen this gift mainly because it will help you get familiar with your new city without any extra efforts. This gift should get delivered to you in courier service in the next few days. Hope you will like it and find it useful.
