Model Answer:

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Andy Julian, and I have recently purchased a mobile phone from your company. But, the problem is, after using it only for a few days, the phone started to give me some problems, such as low light on the display screen and switching off automatically.

So, I talked to one of your company representatives and explained the situation to him. But, instead of being able to provide me with any clues, he just told me to leave my phone at one of your certified repairing stores to get it fixed.

Not to mention, I did exactly what I was told to do by your company representative. But, since then, almost one week has passed, but my mobile is still to be repaired. What is even more frustrating is that I had spoken to your company representative a couple of times already, but he never told me as to when exactly the technician would be able to fix my phone.

So, I would like to request you to please talk to your representative and possibly get another technician to get my phone fixed as quickly as you can.

Yours faithfully,

Andy Julian

Model Answer 2:

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Sylvia Pen, and I purchased a Samsung Galaxy 22 phone on 24th June 2023. The invoice number of the purchase is BTR#102C5V25. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding this purchase.

Regrettably, within a few days of purchase, the phone has completely stopped working. Despite my attempts to troubleshoot the issue following the guidelines provided in the user manual, the phone remains unresponsive. Recognising that this is a manufacturing defect, I immediately contacted your company’s representative a week ago to report the problem. Unfortunately, it has been a week since I reported the issue, and there has been no progress towards repairing or replacing the faulty phone. As a customer, I am disappointed and concerned about the lack of timely response from your end.

In light of the situation, I kindly request the company to expedite the repair process or provide a replacement for the defective mobile phone as soon as possible. I believe it is the company’s responsibility to ensure that customers receive reliable and functional products and timely assistance in case of any technical difficulties.

I would highly appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution to rectify the problem.

Yours faithfully,

Sylvia Pen
