Dear ……………………,

Model Answer:

Dear Mr Oscar,

I am Ronald Johnson, a homeowner and resident at Woodsley Residency, writing to inform you that a few recent security-related issues caused immense distress in our otherwise beautiful and peaceful area. I hope you will take immediate steps to improve the security measures in our residency.

Recently there have been at least three break-ins in our residency, and these events amplify how vulnerable our overall security is. Despite having security guards at the entrance, some thieves have managed to get inside and cart away some valuables from a couple of homes. These events are unacceptable and worrisome.

Therefore, I would like you to take proper measures to enhance the overall security in our area. Please employ at least five more young and professional security personnel who would check and verify anyone coming in and periodically inspect different roads inside the residency to make sure that everything is in order. Besides, we need to install more security cameras so that no unexpected events go unnoticed.

I hope you will consider my suggestions to improve our overall security for our area.

Yours sincerely,

Ronald Johnson
