Dear Sir or Madam,

Model Answer:

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Patrick Gibbs, and I am a tenant at your housing society. I am writing this letter to discuss an important issue that is related to car parking.

The issue, I would request you to direct your attention to, is that some of our respected tenants have started to invite their guests and relatives with their private cars who are parking their vehicles in the spaces that are designated for the tenants only. This would not have been much of an issue if our housing society had enough extra parking spaces, but the reality is that it does not. As a result of this, sometimes, I have to park my car either on the parking driveway or the nearby streets. Needless to say, I don’t really like to leave my car unattended and unsafe like this.

Therefore, in order to have an amicable solution to this ongoing problem, I would like to suggest that you should call for a meeting with all of your tenants and ask them to request their guests to park their cars by the nearby housing society streets instead of housing parking lots.

I hope you would take the necessary steps to solve the problems that we are facing. Thank you in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Patrick Gibbs
